I wanted to send out a thank you to the Another 71 community for helping me to get through this trial called the CPA Exam. I’m currently studying for FAR, which is my last exam at the end of this month, and I’m also just coming out of a really grueling tax season (Happy end of tax season to all of you working professionals!). I’ve been studying for these exams non-stop since August of last year and I’m tired and ready for it to be all over and finished. I just got married last year, and I’ll admit that between tax season and studying for these exams, I sometimes only see my husband for 30 minutes a day while we eat dinner. He has been amazingly supportive throughout this whole journey, for which I am thankful. Also, when I find myself losing hope and drowning in despair from these exams, I’ll often stop what I’m doing for a few minutes and look through the forums and read about the experiences that you all are having, and it really helps me to get back and focus on what I need to do. I love that this community is so ready to lift up those who are so close to passing and celebrate with those who have passed. If someone has a question, there are countless replies offering help and advice. Studying for this exam can be a very lonely experience but you all have helped me brave the storm…so for that, thank you to each of you and I wish success for all of you!

Love this post. Could't agree more. This is a great community! When I honestly wanted to give up and not try REG again all the encouraging words helped me hit that button to pay the retake fee!
