Hello,
My friend has their test tomorrow and they can’t log in to their prometric account, they are having trouble with the security questions and they are locked out. She has her NTS, but not the document that you need to bring. Prometric is closed tomorrow.

Is she able to take it if she has her NTS but not the official document? Any suggestions?

@Shaun425 – I am confused. She has her NTS or she doesn't? I am not sure what other document one would need to bring. I have never been asked for more than my ID and my NTS.

She has a screenshot of her NTS from when she got it, but not the document that you print that has your information on it! Basically she just knows the number.

Is it a screen shot of the entire NTS or just the number? If it were the entire thing, I would think she could print and bring that.

I'm sorry – I don't know for sure – I think it would depend on the protocol of that particular prometric center but they may need to see the entire document.

I had the same thing today, I just reset the password and then logged in with no problem. hope it's gonna work for you.

Im confused, you print the NTS from NASBA Candidate Portal, not prometric.

Definitely print out the NTS well in advance, you never know when your internet or whatever might go down.

She ended up figuring out the answers to her security questions two hours before the test. (I meant she couldn't log into NASBA to print it). All good now!
