Tattoos in Big 4

    So I recently started working at a Big 4 firm and was wondering how tattoos are received in the office? I previously interned with this firm and never let my tattoos show for fear it would be held against me. Now as a full time staff I still have kept them covered all the time. I was wondering what the firms tattoo policy is. I understand in front of clients to keep them covered but what about firm functions like happy hours and holiday parties? Nothing racist, sexist, or gang related and they are up and down both my arms to the wrist. Thanks in advance
