Studying for FAR with a newborn

    Hi all. I just submitted my application/transcripts last week and plan on starting my CPA journey next year. My wife is due with our first child early February and I’m interested to know if anyone can share their experience or tips on how they studied in a similar situation.

    I plan on taking two weeks off from work when the baby is born and hope I can find some time to get extra studying in while I’m home. Should I try and take FAR at the end of February or give myself an extra month and take it in early April? I don’t have any public accounting work experience, but will be fresh out of school in December so the material is relatively fresh.
