I have been going crazy staring in front of a computer screen all day at work (longer hours because of tax season) and then going home and still using the computer to study. My eyes are so strained. Does anyone have effective ways to study reducing the usage of a computer?

The only other option away from the computer (or the textbook) are the audios. It looks like you are studying for AUD now that should work since there are only a few computations.

    I hear ya
….on the computer doing taxes all day, but I got the book out today and did the questions in the book. My eyes are so relieved…..Not a bad idea to get the book or write notes if you have ninja notes.

    It begins with a 75

Print out the AICPA released MCQ's and solve on paper.

Try to remember to blink a bit more often (lol it helps) and to also look away from the computer screen to let your eyes relax. You can also do “eye stretches” 😛

I'm in the midst of watching Roger's videos….on days when my eyes are killing me after work, I just listen and don't look at the screen. I never take notes on the videos, only the MCQs. If I am doing the MCQs obviously I have to look at the screen but I put the brightness setting on low.
