What is the best study material for the REG SIMS? Wiley Test Bank is awful and nothing like the real exam. Am I better off just studying the material inside and out and practicing the multiple choice over and over? This seems to be common problem with REG test takers. Thanks!

I think you are definitely better off studying the material inside and out. It's not likely you'll see the same or even similar sims that you study, so it is best to just know the material and be prepared for anything. I used CPAexcel, the study text is very comprehensive and I think it provides you with everything you need to know.

I have passed all of the sections except for REG. On all of my previous exams, my trending score in the Wiley Test Bank was almost exactly what I scored on the actual exam. On REG, I am trending an 84 in the Test Bank and a 74 and a 73 on the actual exam.

I am using efficientlearning and on the screen it says “Wiley Test Bank” and “Wiley CPA Excel.” I'm guessing that they are the same thing?

Gleim has the SIM Wizard which you can purchase seperately with the sims mirroring the REG exam.

Skynet is right. Gleim SIMs are pretty damn close to the actual exam, including the IRC….

    FAR - 76
    AUD - 75
    BEC - 75
    REG - 76

Now I need some experience!!! And some networking...

Remember to use the literature on the REG sims, I had 3 sims that were on very unusual topics but I was able to piece together some partial credit by looking up terms in the lit to see what was included.

    BEC 87 Feb 14
    REG 84 Apr 14
    FAR 82 Nov 14
    AUD 86 Feb 15
