    Can we change the background and keep the sticky? haha

    I don't care either way about the stickies – I think they're popular enough that they'll always be near the top, but am used to scrolling past the first few threads to get to other threads, so either way works fine for me. But, getting rid of the blinding white background sounds awesome. If the issue is that you can't use – example – gray for a background and still have an offsetting color for stickies, could you use white for the stickies and use whatever you're planning for the non-white background?
