A question was asked from a client if there were student loan forgiveness for doctors, her husband is a new practicing doctor. I began to think about us Accountants and CPA’S . Is there such a forgiveness program for Accountants?

I doubt it. Lenders would not want to forgive loans to occupations with a high recovery rate.

It's not industry-specific. It's the employer for who you work.

You need Dave Ramsey in your life. Pay your student loans aggressively and fast before you do anything else in life like buy a fancy car or a house. You signed up for the student loan and have a great profession why should your loan be forgiven. Not you OP just to people in general.

+1 to @Yessir . Pay off your loans as quickly as possible. Normally, forgiveness programs take 10 years to kick in (from what I've heard). I wouldn't want to be dealing with student loans on my shoulders for 10 years. I paid off mine back in 2015, thanks to the help of my well-salaried wife, after we got married. Ha!
