Does anyone have an example of a ‘Statement of CPA experience’? Just trying to get ideas so that I can get a template form for my boss to update and sign.

Most states provide a form to use. This is the form for KY, where I am licensed: https://cpa.ky.gov/Links/CertificateofExperience.pdf So, we just followed the fields on the form. If your state is “free form”, perhaps you could locate the experience forms for several states and draw ideas from them to create your own template format?

Lilla – I'm in Texas, we have a form too but the CPA supervisor has to provide an additional statement of his/her experience as well.

Eww. In that case I have no clue, sorry. 🙁 I assumed it was one of the states with the “free form” style for candidate experience.
