Someone please help clearing up confusion regarding phaseouts on REG.

    Hi, so Beckers videos say that you dont need to know the phaseouts, rather know that they exists. I have seen some people on this site that agree, and others have gone as far to say that “if you dont know the phaseouts your boned”. Can someone please clear up the confusion, i have 20 days until my Reg exam, and i dont want to waste my time to start memorizing phaseouts if they arent heavly tested.
