Signature advice

Anyone have any idea how to complete my signature? I have been trying everything but it still says its incomplete! Any mods out there who can lend some assistance? Thanks!

Speaking of which, I can't seem to edit my signature when I click “Update Signature” at the left side as I see my own comment in a thread, then a message saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” shows up.

Does anyone have the same issue?

Yes. when i try clicking on the link that is in my signature it brings me to that same page^
