I am just wondering what are your thoughts in getting a job in public before passing the exams and after passing the exams? My understanding is that you get bonus if you’re already working for an Accounting firm and you pass the exams but what about someone that already comes with the CPA license and has no public experience? Is your starting salary usually higher than someone that has not passed the exams? I am currently in industry with two years of experience and two parts of the CPA exam completed. Should i start looking for a job in public or should i wait to finish the exams and then start looking? Thanks you in advance for any recommendations.
