I ended up getting a 72 on BEC this go around after getting a 73 on a prior attempt. The funny thing is I got “stronger” in one topic category, “comparable” in three categories, and “weaker” in one category.

Then for multiple choice, I scored “stronger.

I received “weaker” on both the Sims and Written Communication.

I made a 73 before the test changes and my score report was weaker in nearly every category. Did I basically fail because of the SIMS? I obviously knew the content based on the first part of the score report.

Written communication is extremely frustrating to me. Everyone says it isn’t scored based on content, but I consider myself to be an above average writer. I know my grammar was on point, and I tried not to be overly wordy. What am I missing here?

The score reports are nearly worthless in my opinion. I remember getting a score report where I had comparable and stronger in everything but one topic and I still failed. My advice would be to not dwell on the score report you received and try to look back and identify where YOU think you were weaker in and hit those areas just a little harder next time.

focus on the key words…that's what I did and I got an 80. plus I got ‘stronger' in the written communication.
