Just got my score report back and I scored comparable or stronger on all topics besides Gov’t and NFP. Scored weaker on those. I also scored weaker on SIMS, which I pretty much expected.

So obviously, I have a pretty good grasp of the majority of the material, just need to leave myself more time for the SIMS.

Can anyone give some good advice on how to grasp Gov’t & NFP?

Considering I took FAR today and the did not finish all the SIMS, I am not an authority but I would like to tell you what I found helpful for Gov't/NFP. I use Gleim and after reading the chapters, answering mcqs, I still did not understand the material. I watched 6 hours of the Rutgers Government class on Youtube (more than once) and purchased Ninja mcq's. Ninja helped me by breaking down the topic without all the calculations of Gleim. Don't get me wrong, I love Gleim as it has helped me pass REG and Audit and it was helpful after I took a step back.

I found government and NFP to be the easier sections and was disappointed by their lack of representation on my exam. Just keep going over the material, it should click for you.
