For each exam so far, my husband and I have picked a new restaurant to visit if I pass. For FAR, I rewarded myself with a meal at an Israeli restaurant in Philly. For REG, I got a meal at a Top Chef contestant’s new restaurant, also in Philly,

Luckily, I will be enjoying a nice stuffed lobster (DH has never one!!) at my favorite Spanish restaurant in North Jersey very soon. šŸ™‚

What is your reward??? Does it help you get through the endless hours of studying?

    F- 7/13- 84
    R- 10/13- 79
    A- 11/13- 99
    B- 1/14- 86

    Licensed in PA- 3/20/2014

This exam ALMOST defeated me back in 2006-2008, but I came back and WON!

    Haha, we did that too!

After each exam (remainder of the day just right after the exam), I was taken to a surprise dinner place – each time new and completely unpredictable. There were some hits and misses but overall it was great and helped me to deal with the post-exam stress & tension.

For the passes I got non-food rewards like a few suits after passing last & final exam. Or new shoes after passing earlier exam and so on. It may sound selfish and self-indulgent in addition to effect on family budget, but I must honestly say that it was much needed in order to stay sane and keep going at it. So thankful for having a spouse that understood that.
