I just found out that I will have to retake REG after last night’s score release and am needing some advice as far as my rescheduling and retake process goes.

I start work on Sept. 1 and am currently slated to retake FAR on Aug. 30. Should I push back FAR for sometime in October and restudy for REG now? Or does it make more sense to continue with my FAR studying and plan to retake REG in October? I am trying to knock out as much of this dreaded exam before I start work as possible.

I currently have no obligations other than studying and can average 8-10 hours per day. What would make most sense to those of you have also been in my shoes and are trying to decide how to schedule their retakes?

    Thanks in advance!

    FAR - 60, 77
    REG - 72, Retake October 2015
    AUD - 76
    BEC - 81

You can't retake REG in the same testing window, so Oct 1 is the absolute earliest you can do REG. Stay on track for FAR.

So, you can't retake the same section during the same testing quarter? I just found out I failed AUD but want to immediately retake it at the end of August. My ego is completely defeated since I left there thinking this time was it.

@J – No, you cannot sit for the same section more than once a window/quarter. You will not be able to retake AUD until at least 10/1.

    AUD - 56 - 68 - 61 - 9/8/16
    REG - 75
    FAR - 7/15/16
    BEC - TBD
