A friend told me that the requirements to take the exam are chnaging. You will need an Undergraduate degree and a Masters to take the exam, is this true? I didn’t get my Masters, I just got another degree to get to my 150. I have searched everywhere to find anything about it, but I am coming up empty.

I think it depends on your state. For my state you can begin sitting for the exams when you are within a year or so of getting your undergrad.

Can you ask your friend where they got that information? Currently I don't think masters is a requirement for any state, however 150 credits is a requirement which you can get either with just a bachelors or in combination with a masters.
