    Hello,

I recently passed all 4 section of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam and I am confused to obtain reporting or nonreporting licence in massachusetts.

    Background:

I have Chartered Accountant degree from India which is equivalent to CPA. During my course I have worked under Chartered Accountant (equivalent to cpa) for 4 years in India. During my role I undertook various aspect of accounting, audit and taxation.

    Ask is:

Am I eligible to obtain for reporting licence since, I have worked under Chartered Accountant in India which includes 1000 hours of attestation work ?

I know for the reporting license, the experience specifically has to be in the attest function, not sure if attest experience under a CA might count. For a non reporting license, you need to have a graduate degree (master's or higher).
