recorded notes + IRC in regulation

    I have recorded notes using Samsung mobile . But to my surprise , sounded boring ,unclear ,sometime slow , sometime very fast. Any other idea to record notes for myself and listen to it .?

    2nd thing how to utilize the IRC in regulation when solving problems ?
