Recommended 10 Point Combo Study Approach

I just purchased the 10 Point Combo with the hopes that it will help me pass my last day exam, REG. I was reading the beginning of the Ninja Notes and it says to start off with the videos. Does this mean to watch all of the videos or to watch one part, then re-write the Ninja Notes for that section?

Also, would you recommend reading the book?
