Recommendation needs on study materials

    So I am currently using Becker (which expired on Oct 8, 2015 — soon) and NINJA (Audio, Notes and Flashcards)

    I just took AUD last Sat and taking REG at the end of this month…

    I need to retake FAR (61,70) AND BEC (69,64) again after I am done with REG. I plan to take those again in Oct/Nov time frame.

    I don’t want to spend money on Becker again after it expires. So I am looking at other study materials to purchase.

    Any suggestions?

    I would recommend at least two mcq practice banks, such as ninja and gleim. Use the books from becker and the study notes from ninja. When you miss questions focus on the reason the other questions are wrong. It will help you with not just memorizing answers.

    thank you – Mhayes22! I have older years Becker books. So I would like new book too. Do you like gleim a lot? What do you like about it? Thanks again!!

    I'm using becker and ninja mcq. I have only used ninja for REG and BEC. Since your becker is expiring, i would recommend spending less money and use a bank with a ton of mcq like gleim and supplement with ninja. The beauty of the ninja approach is the difficulty of the questions. Jeff, the owner of ninja products, primarily builds his mcq banks using very difficult questions, which pays off come test day. I have not used, but i have heard great things about the ninja notes. If you decide to use new study books, i would personally try to find used materials that are still current. You might be able to find someone on this forum who just finished all the exams and would be willing to sell you there material or if your lucky might give it to you for free. If you have to purchase new materials, i would seriously consider the ninja books.

    I love the Ninja books. I just started using them for REG and I feel like I am understanding and retaining the information more than I was when I using the Wiley book for AUD.
