Arizona is the most notorious state where racial profiling is usually and wide-spreadly misconducted. Sorrowfully, this negative atmosphere affects local Accounting industry. The utmost example is Big 4 in Arizona. For instance, it is often viewed that Big 4 firms failed minority or foreigners who possess brilliant qualifications including CPA license, Top School graduation, Solid work Experiences at interviews. Instead, the firms hire white people who have less competitive qualification than minority: No CPA license, a few year work experience as intern, entry level at the same interview.

Is “by colour” actually superior to professionalism at work? Some white may make such excuse that they have the excellent communication skills. If so, accounting does not call on professional knowledge. The accounting will be just like customer service without requiring high standard professionalism.

I don’t look forward to my post would change everything. At least, hopefully this post evoke, to people, the needs that Arizona Big 4 should be reformed

It's actually hard to take the op seriously between stating things as facts which can't be backed up like Arizona is known to have a higher rate of employment discrimination, then digging further to say big 4 in Arizona has some higher prevalence. Goes the extra mile to use two dollar words to sound like he or she is intelligently starting a discussion on an important topic but frankly loses me at least with phrases like “wide-spreadly”

Entire post would've taken a different direction if the OP just stuck to conversational language and asked if the group just thinks minorities are discriminated against in big 4 which is really all they were asking.

I think it is tough that you still feel racism exists in any Big 4 Firm in AZ, or in any professional setting for that matter. I know many of the firms even have policies expressly aimed at making the workplace inclusive for people from all walks. I know I am not the
brightest bulb on the block, but I think if you just try doing your best from this point forward in this forum and in my review course it will become evident that your knowledge amd perserverance will pay off in the long run. I am going to start actually trying to do the same on my next practice quiz.
