[Finally_a_CPA]

Good morning everyone,

So I finally got a letter from the CBA after I sent in my application. It states that as soon as I pay the initial license fee, they will issue a CPA license number (so exciting!)

I have to return the bottom portion of this letter with my name and address of record. I’m assuming whatever I write here, will be what appears on my license. My question is, can I modify my name or does it have to be whatever appears on my SS card? I ask because I have two last names and unfortunately, many times my fist last name (father’s last name) is used as my middle name. It just gets annoying and I have a somewhat long name so it would be nice to keep it a bit shorter.
