Hi guys,

I am getting caught up in Business Law, specifically Common Law versus UCC. Does anyone have a nice summary table that summarizes the differences between “Common Law” and “UCC (Sales)”? I know there are quite a few differences between these two, and I keep confusing one with the other. I am trying to keep track of all the differences because I keep getting confused with all of the details and differences between Common Law and UCC.
