Wait… I thought that the DRS sims and the “underline memos where you have to pick between multiple lines” were the same thing?! Everytime I googled DRS sims, I get the same screen shots of the whole document that has several blue underlines that you select the “correct” statement from a choice of six.
No, there are DRS questions that don't have the underlines. Some of them do, some of them don't. I got some on AUD where there were just documents to look at, and then boxes to fill in.
I think I had some like that on BEC too, in addition to the ones with underlines.
The ones with the underlines are designed to separate the boys from the men, or so they think. In reality…they're just a very *DUMB* question format, and nothing more than an attempt to make the exam less passable. I got lambasted on a long-ago post where I said that whomever came up with the idea for those should be lynched. Well, no. Perhaps that was a bit extreme, but those people who devised them originally obviously don't realize that they don't measure understanding nearly as well as some other SIM formats out there.
