Does anyone know the score release dates for Q1 ’17? I’ve looked online and couldn’t find it. If it’s not available yet, when is it usually posted?

I would not worry about Q1 release before the CPA exam changes take effect.
Q1 should be about the same as it was from the previous years. Simply add or minus 1-2 days (+/-) if the target date falls on holidays or weekends.

What I would worry about is the target release dates on Q2 during the very first quarter of changes.
It will be 10 FREAKING WEEKS compared to around 10 days to wait as it used to be.

10 Weeks ! Does the length of time of people's credit for the passing scores extend if it's going to be 10 week wait ?

Jeeze…why does it take 10 weeks? I just don't understand what takes so long to begin with given that it's computerized. What the heck are you going to do in that time? Keep studying as if you failed, start studying for a new section? If you studied for a new section you would be ready to sit for it by the time you get your score. That's ridiculous in my opinion.

@CPAWarrior, they proposed that no scores will expire until you get your score, & they were looking to extend the 18month window but no word on that yet!

@scared_cpa, The 10 week will only be for Q2 because they will be analysing all the changes and evaluating if the changes will be effective and other administrative tasks behind the scene.. The normal score release is expected to resume for Q3 & 4.. (Hopefully).

If all goes well, I will miss the bullet! Taking REG Q1'17 :)..
