Hey everyone,

I am attending a PwC superday and was wondering what questions I should ask the chaperone who takes me around to the interviews?

I am not sure if this person has any impact on if one receives an offer or not, I’m guessing they do relay their experience to people who do.

Should one have a casual conversation regarding sports or keep it formal?

I know that when I did campus interviews for firms, the greeters would have impact on whether someone got hired or not. I would assume it is the same with the superdays.

Treat it like another interview, have some casual conversations, ask them about their job, what they like, etc. Don't make it a question/answer sessions, it should feel like a conversation.

A big thing with firms, especially with entry level is that they are looking for someone they want to work with. YOu are going to be putting in long hours with everyone so a lot of what they are looking for is personality fit.
