Prometric rescheduling -> able to change test center?

    Hello everyone,

    Has anyone rescheduled before on the Prometric website?

    Do they allow you to change test center? or can you only change the date for the same test center?

    The usual test center I am comfortable with seems to have no more space available so I registered for one that is about twice as far.

    If later on, a space becomes open in the closer test center, would I be able to reschedule my test to that location?

    You can change testing centers when you reschedule. I just did the same thing on Friday. The Prometric center I like is a little further away but they're a lot more laid back, so when a spot opened up I rescheduled.
