Hi everyone,
on the prometric website it says that as long as you cancel your appointment before 30 days you don’t have to pay a fee. I am CA right now and it is 9:45 (Feb 7) and it tried to cancel an exam that was on March 9 and I still got charged 35.00. arent’t i still 30 days before the exam. this is what it says on the website “you may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting Prometric. There is no fee for canceling or rescheduling an appointment at least 30 days in advance. If you cancel or reschedule between five and 30 days before your appointment”…. can someone please let me know if feb 7 still counts as 30 days before the exam and if i can file an appeal. thanks!
