Try to make it through the book and do MCQs by section, then leave about 2 weeks for a review phase of nothing but MCQs. Make sure you skip around in the review phase, i.e. do ch1, then do ch. 18, so everything stays fresh, only going back to lectures when you are completely uncomfortable with something, but don't waste too much time on lectures and reading. Last week, or at least few days, add sims in the mix.
