I was in the middle of doing tests and windows FORCES me to do the update, it shuts my computer off and updates everything.

After the update, none of the office programs work. So I went around and did some searching online, tried some of the quick fixes and nothing worked. I said screw it, I have to study. I went to access my Becker materials, now it says my license for Becker had expired as well.

I had to re-install everything, and then re-activate Becker. You can only use it in 3 different locations, and for some reason it’s counting this SAME computer as two now because Microsoft sucked when they created Windows 8 and the updates to that program.

What if a college student is in the middle of an online test or someone is giving an important presentation and it FORCES them to update?
