Well, now that I got your attention.

So, the other day while I was at work, my wife attempted to put our 2 year old daughter up for her afternoon nap (my wife is on maternity leave, just had our son two weeks ago). After the usual ten minutes of our daughter throwing things around in her room and making a mess, things got quiet…too quiet.

My wife went up to our daughter’s room to find that she had gotten into the vaseline jar, and had literally painted her face and hair with it, not to mention the walls and furniture. It was everywhere, and she took pictures because it was that damn funny (you should see the look on my daughter’s face, covered in vaseline and looking like she used a gallon of hair gel).

Multiple bubble baths later with Dawn, she’s almost vaseline free. Although we’re still finding spots in her room with vaseline that we didn’t catch before.

First off…congrats on Audit!! Glad to see that. But most importantly, congrats on your new addition. I hope that your wife is recouping..I am sure a bit hard when you have a 2.5 year old messing with the Vaseline. 🙂 What a great story. And I trust there will be more. Kids never disappoint. But I wouldn't trade them for anything. They keep us laughing and living! Enjoy your growing household.
