I am one of the software champions in our office so I spend a lot of time answering software questions and forwarding emails about software updates. I'm also good at troubleshooting minor computer problems so if someone's monitor isn't working properly (we have multiple screens) or they can't connect to a printer, I get asked those questions because I'm there and our service desk is in split between Milwaukee WI, Madison WI and Minneapolis MN.
