Hi all, I know this is a long shot but thought I’d try anyway. Are there any Israelis reading this forum? Or someone who knows something about property values in Israel?
I am trying to get to a depreciable basis for a small rental house, built in the 1950s, in Kfar Shmaryahu. The house is occupied. The total value of the property is about $3 million. Any clues as to how I could assign a structure value?
In the U.S. you can look up property sale prices, values, taxes etc. at the website of the county assessor. Often the land and improvement values will be separately stated. Does Israel have anything like that? Even if it’s in Hebrew I’d appreciate it so much.
