Hi guys! So I just wanted to know what your significant other does to help out with your stress during the study process? I’m trying to do something nice for my boyfriend since studying has really been kicking his butt lately, and all I’ve been able to come up with is a care package. Thanks!

Maybe you could take over something else he has to do. For instance, if he was supposed to mow this weekend, you could do it for him so he could either get more studying done or have more time to relax once he gets his study hours in.

    How sweet 🙂

As a similar recipient of such a gift, I literally only wanted no interuptions at home, no asking me to do fun things, maybe keep fridge stocked with beer or wine (I like having a glass of wine or a beer as I begin studying at night), and maybe keep energy foods in the house (like healthy packs of nuts, fruit, etc, not junk).

Basically my current temporary roommate thought silently walking through the house was ok, NOPE. Friends think it's ok to guilt me into not being able to do fun things, NOPE. I am very quick to snap when studying, so those would be things I'd like.

This is such a nice idea. When I'm studying, my husband usually has my favorite snacks in the house and tries to go the extra mile and do errands or chores so that I don't have to and have more time to study. Even small things like food shopping, cleaning up and doing wash really mean a lot when you are pressed for time and stressed!

My boyfriend vacuumed my whole house and straightened things up a little. It was the BEST gift because I didn't have the stress of a messy house hanging on my shoulders, too. Studying is more important than cleaning…priorities!!
