If I ever find the individual responsible for all of the changes to CCH-Small Firm Services ATX Tax software, I am going to beat him/her on their head with brick, repeatedly, because I feel like I’ve been hitting a brick wall all freaking week!!!! What idiot IT guy decides to roll out a whole new platform in January? I’d like to think we at least got the Beta version but I don’t think they were finished writing the Alpha version before this one started screwing up my life!!! I hate taxes!

I'm sorry Kricket! Lacerte has also had some really bad bugs this year… like incorrectly carryover capital gains for a few clients. I'm SOOOOOOO sick of taxes. Almost done!!
