I seem to recall a long time ago when I worked at a huge corporation my HR person had a salary guide for various positions. It was a subscription type service with annual updates. I can’t reach this person to ask her if she remembers (believe she is retired) and wondered if anybody was familiar with such a service. I am a member of SHRM and I tried to search it there but got too many hits on my search to really jog my memory.

If it matters I am looking to put together a potential offer to a gulf coast regional sales manager for a specific type of industry (which I think may be a bit higher than other industries for the same position.). I’d like to find industry/company size specific comps (much like the robert half guide for accounting salaries) and don’t particularly trust salary.com or glassdoor for this one because those are driven by employee input rather than employer benchmarks.
