Seriously I wish it were socially acceptable to take a nap at work. I was up way too late studying last night! To bad my cube is right out side the bosses office!

All those times I did not want to nap as a little kid…boy what I would give to be able to nap now! 🙂

Anyone else have “issues” staying awake/alert at work?

Lately I've been so tired after work that I sleep for two hours right after I get home…then I can't sleep at night. So annoying! I think the power weekends have really thrown my sleep cycle off.

a coworker took a nap in her car yesterday during her lunch break. park in the shade, set a timer so you don't sleep through the rest of the day … i think it can & does happen more than you think

I just had to take a short nap in my car during lunch today. Usually I study during lunch, but I'm always tired, so I think I'm going to spend each lunch hour napping.
