Mr. Toot walks into the kitchen, and smells something a little off. He asks Mrs. Toot, “What smells so good honey?” Mrs. Toot replies, “Just depletion of gas royalties!”

I still really like the joke why did the auditor cross the street?

Because that's what they did last year.
