Is anyone familiar with fact sheets for stocks/ADRs? If so, what information is generally included on them and/or where can I find them?

I have to fill out compliance/independence stuff for my new job, and they are requesting fact sheets for two individual securities that I had to “manually” enter on my compliance form (i.e., they’re two obscure foreign ADRs that didn’t show up on my company’s stock search engine when I typed in the ticker symbol). I called up my financial advisor, and he was not familiar with fact sheets for individual stocks. I did some searching online and found fact sheets for funds, but not any for individual stocks. I left a voicemail with my compliance division to ask them to clarify what information they were specifically looking for and never got a reply. A few days later, I got a second email notification telling me to send in the fact sheets. I replied to the email that I wasn’t familiar with what they were asking for, and I still have not gotten a response. I’m trying to be proactive about this and get the information they’re requesting, so I figured I’d ask on here to see if anyone is familiar with fact sheets.
