What is this “Snow” that you speak of? Down in Texas you have to watch out for the “Bird Size” mosquitoes near the Gulf of Mexico. They are large enough to carry away small children.

We're just about an inch shy of having gotten 100″ year to date (almost entirely since Jan 19) and will likely cross that threshhold by suppertime today. And a storm for the weekend.

We get ice dams and huge icicles. Got one hanging off my roof that is about 5.5 feet WIDE, yeah that's going to hurt someone. Got a contractor coming to remove it as soon as he can get to me, which could be today or friday. Meanwhile I've got my windows and ceilings leaking PROFUSELY in four out of 6 of my rooms.

I know nothing about my homeowners insurance and damage from ice dams, but have a feeling I will be an EXPERT by spring.

I hate MBTA and it's raining in my living room.

The water was dripping in the basement on what happened to be a dead mouse for days. Fun times. Some siding came off, my couch is soaking wet which I learned after I sat on it.
