Have you guys seen this? I came about it on a friend’s FB page and the accounting terms made me think of my A71 peeps. LOL.

    BEC: 73, 81
    AUD: 85
    FAR: 71, 77
    REG: 74, 75...finally DONE! 😀

*This is my 2nd attempt at the CPA exam. For all of you who have failed this exam many times, given up on it, or taken a break like me, remember that it is still possible to finish what you started...failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently 🙂

Bwhahahahaha!!! That was priceless. What an idiot! But did you catch the typo in the CEO's reply? He said my “advise” to you. I think he meant “advice”. Do you really think that guy was the CEO of J.P. Morgan?

I honestly never know whether to believe anything I read on the internet, but it was definitely entertaining. Fake or not, I don't doubt there are people like her out there that actually take the gold-digging business seriously.

She is a material airhead, and he is rich and mean (since when is a relationship a “trading position”?) They would make a good match, that is why they are writing to each other.

But yes, matrimony for money is big business. All the Indians here in the Bay Area get their brides from India. Same with some Chinese.

I am thinking of getting a bride from Russia/Ukraine. Where is Tough Kitty? 🙂

@MOD – you should add me on LinkedIn. 🙂 I know some Russian brides. 😉 haha.

I read that article and thought it was funny! As for the “advise” vs. “advice”, the “s” spelling is the British English method…so if the CEO of JP Morgan isn't based in the U. S., then he could have been spelling it correctly. (I know that many banks have leaders in other countries, but not sure about JP Morgan specifically.)

Agree with the advice vs. advise (British way). Personally I use advice (sometimes in e-mails I say please advise) but I think both ways of spelling it may be correct.

    @ Lilla

Thanks for the invite, but I mothballed my LinkedIn account, as with all social media, until I finish with testing. The Russian brides will have to wait :/

And I would definitely join an post-A71 professional forum, for seasoned professionals, if that is what you are building.
