I feel like anyone who’s currently studying for the CPA exam is automatically on the “nice” list/deserves like 45 presents!

I asked for a trumpet and a new bath robe. Hopefully not to be used too often at the same time,

I hope Little and Neika get nice rings 🙂 I had to go and buy my own … Husband wasn't get interested in jewelry as he said its a “girl thing” — Oh well at least I got the style and size I wanted 🙂 …

Hmmmmmmm…. I think my only Christmas present is my wish to pass all the CPA exams by Aug 2014 and get back to normal life.

As Baxter said – it would be nice to feel healthy once again and have the weight fall off. I just want to be back to normal 🙂

Well, since my dad owns a jewelry store, I've already got all the jewelry stuff down for her. This year I got a her a necklace, aquamarine stone in the middle surrounded by diamonds. She already has a ring, but maybe I should ask for a kegerator or something else I would use lol. Looks like I missed out on the gifts.

I won't be getting much this year, as I feel getting gifts does nothing but create an obligation for me. Plus, I'm spending thousands moving my fiance and I from KC to Dallas on Jan 3rd. Merry Christmas!

anyone have ROKU or Apple TV? is Apple tv only not worth it if you have a PC? These seems like good gifts they are both under $100

I have both Apple tv and ROKU.

Apple TV works with iTunes, so PC or Mac is not an issue.

One advantage of Apple TV is that you can do AirPlay from iTunes.

So – if you own a movie on iTunes or in our case, we buy TV seasons (Shark Tank for example), you can airplay from you iTunes to you Apple TV device to your TV.

Also, you can airplay from an iPad/Macbook to a TV.

Advantage of ROKU is Amazon Streaming, which is decent.

My husband is the resident techie and our last name starts with GR. When he set up Apple TV he named it Grapple. I got the strangest looks when I would tell people about something I watched on Grapple Tv. I think we laughed until we cried when he heard me say that for the first time. Ha!
