I had my business cards updated. My firm admin ordered them this way:

FIRST NAME LAST NAME

Senior

FIRM NAME, LLP

I’m a senior accountant at my firm, but the Admin insisted that my title is “Senior”. I’m like “Senior WHAT?”. I feel like putting an A in front of it so I can get a discount at IHOP on Tuesdays.

Anybody agreeing with me or does this look right to you?

Is the word “accountant” in the company title at all? Only then would I kind of see Admin's point. If you are a group of accountant and you are senior, then someone should put that together that you are a senior accountant.

If not, I agree you should have “senior accountant” on it.
