OT: Building Financials Analysis?

    I’ve been asked to analyze a possible investment where our company would buy ownership in the building. Anyone have any good advice when analyzing a buildings financial statements? Any key ratios or accounts to look out for?

    CFA material has some info on analyzing it using specific info. Recently took level 2 and it's under Alt Investments. Hell if I'm gonna dig through that crap again though….
