Hello all,

I hope that everyone is doing well. I have passed all four parts for the CPA exam and currently have 10 months of experience working under the supervision of a CPA. I need 1 year total (2 more month) in the state of NJ. I have been working in hotels all my career and that is where I’ve received the experience for the CPA. I have a working status where I need an EAD card to work and need to renew it every year. I did not know it will be this hard to land a job that will get me such experience after passing the CPA exam. I have been wondering why? I am willing to start from scratch with a position such as the one they offer fresh out of college but do not get that opportunity. What is it that I could do to have a chance to land an interview at least with an accounting firm?
