I gave the firm my updated email address after graduation one year ago. I have received several emails from the firm at my new address, so I assumed it had been switched properly.

Today, I found out I can still log in to my old school email address, and I found an onboarding email from 3 weeks ago! No other communication was sent, and the questionnaire follow up emails mentioned were never received either. So frustrating!

Has this happened to anyone else? I spoke to my recruiter only 2 weeks ago, and she assured me that I hadn’t missed any emails. +.+
