Hey Everyone!

I sent in my completed application to the Ohio state board a week or so ago and I am wondering if they send an email to confirm that the application is being processed. Has anyone here had experience in the licensing process for Ohio? I may just be anxious to wrap up that final part!

I took my last portion on April 16 and I received my final score on May 5th.

They suggested that I mail my application packet with a return receipt to confirm delivery. They received my packet on May 22.

I received my first application confirmation from Karen Salyer on June 2nd stating that the received my scores from NASBA and all other required material with the exception of my FBI Background check.

I received a second email from her on June 8th stating that everything, including the FBI, application had been received and approved.

I received a mail packet on Thursday June 18 with the my license number and the forms to pay for the license and certificate. I mailed this back the next day. Sometime the following week my license went Active – Paid.

On July 20 I received my certificate in the mail.

That was my timeline for Ohio.
