So quick question.

I am applying for my NYS license as I have passed all parts of the exam. There is a question on the application asking… has any licensing authorities suspended or revoked a professional license. Would this include a drivers license? When I was 20 my license was revoked/suspended for a few months. Would I need to check that box yes?

I recommend you calling the NYS board to ask this question to prevent any confusion. I would assume that driver's license would not be considered a “professional license” and you should check no, but best to be safe than sorry.

The application process is long already, so you don't want to make a mistake that can possibly make it even longer.
