[Determined CPA]

I just found out I passed the final part of the CPA yesterday and am anxious to get my paperwork out! Does anyone know if I need to send my transcripts anywhere? Form 2, Certification of Professional Education says to complete only if i completed my undergrad/grad outside the US or I completed the CPA in another sate. None of these are true. So do I need need to worry about my transcripts?

Any advice or anything that stood out for anyone when they were getting their paperwork together for NY? Any input would be helpful!! This is so confusing!!
